Check-in begins at 3:00 pm to ensure your room is perfectly prepared for your stay. 

Check-out must be completed by 12:00 pm the following day. 

For your convenience, we offer an online check-in option, allowing you to skip the desk and head straight to your room. Prior to your arrival, we will send all the necessary room information via text, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. 

We are happy to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests, subject to availability. 

The Ranch is located in the scenic village of Kfar Hazir in the Koura District of northern Lebanon. This peaceful escape in nature is just a short drive from the coastal city of Tripoli. The Ranch is about 20 minutes from Batroun, 45 minutes from the picturesque mountain village of Ehden, and 1 hour from the famous Cedars of Lebanon. Google Maps Link:

At The Ranch, we ensure your stay is comfortable with a range of in-room amenities. Each room has soap, shampoo, a dental kit, and fresh towels. You'll also find a kettle for hot water, complimentary bottled water, premium linens, and bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep. Hi-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property for your convenience.

We provide ATV rentals (age 10+) and 45-minute horseback riding lessons in the arena (age 5+). We also offer a 45-minute trail ride for two people. These activities are charged separately unless booked within one of our Ranch Experience Packages.

The bonfire, farm visit, outdoor games and walking trails are complementary. 

We do have three types of Rooms:

Studios accommodate up to three people (5 suites).

Apartments accommodate five people (3 suites).

The Guesthouse has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people (1 guesthouse). 

We highly recommend booking in advance as our lessons and trails are often fully booked. Reservations can be made through WhatsApp or via our website. 

We offer a farm-to-table restaurant that operates daily during the summer season from June to September and on weekends throughout the winter. Our menu features authentic Lebanese cuisine, and we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, providing guests with a delicious and locally-sourced dining experience. 

We are delighted to welcome pets as part of your stay to enjoy the experience alongside you. We kindly ask that pet owners ensure their furry companions respect the room’s amenities, especially the premium bedding, to help maintain the comfort and quality for all guests. 

The pool is currently in its design stage and we will be available by June 2025. 

The weather at The Ranch varies throughout the year, offering distinct seasonal experiences. Spring and autumn are mild and pleasant, with temperatures ranging from 15°C to 25°C (59°F to 77°F), perfect for outdoor activities. Summers are warm and dry, with temperatures averaging around 28°C to 32°C (82°F to 90°F), ideal for sunny days spent exploring or relaxing. Winters are cooler, with temperatures between 5°C and 15°C (41°F to 59°F) and occasional rain.

During the high season, when our restaurant is open, we kindly request that guests refrain from bringing their food and beverages to The Ranch. This policy ensures everyone thoroughly enjoys the curated culinary experience we’ve crafted as part of their stay. However, we understand the desire for flexibility and are happy to make an exception on weekdays during the low season, when the restaurant is closed.

For cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to check-in, no charges will apply.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will be non-refundable.

In case of a no-show, the total cost of the stay will be charged.

We gladly accept all primary forms of credit and debit cards, ensuring hassle-free transactions whether you're booking your stay or purchasing services on-site. In addition to traditional card payments, we also offer the flexibility of secure online payment through our website. For guests who prefer offline transactions, our team is more than happy to accommodate in-person payments upon arrival.
